Jessica is passionate about the power of lifestyle change in improving health and leads by example, having additional qualifications in Strength and Conditioning as well as Human Nutrition at Deakin University.
Jessica has over 15 years of nursing experience and has never ceased to increase her understanding and training within this specialist field.
Jessica was one of the senior Diabetes educators managing the diabetes clinic at the Alfred Hospital for 3 years whilst running her private practice for a variety of different types of patients.
Since then she was poached by Active One Group, a multidisciplinary clinic, in Frankston to solely manage and facilitate a diabetes service in private practice.
Jessica is now focusing on her own consulting business, SET Health Diabetes Education. Treating a variety of different patients.
Jessica is NDIS trained and currently manages a variety of NDIS clients as well as having a disability herself (Multiple Sclerosis).
She has also developed a learning package to deliver to schools and early learning centres (ELC) to help educators manage the T1 diabetes of the children in their care.
Jessica also delivers group training to carers, support workers and nurses to help them better and safely care for their patients/clients.
Jessica has represented Australia at the Commonwealth Games (XX) placing 4th in Paralympic Powerlifting. She also placed first in the Miss Universe WFF Bodybuilding Championships in 2022.
Jessica has applied her years of knowledge to achieve successful outcomes for her clients and has become a sought-after consultant concerning Diabetes management.
Lisa Kunstler is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA), who graduated from Deakin University with a Master of Dietetics in 2024. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor of Nutrition Science degree, graduating in 2022. She has a background in fitness and exercise, with a certificate in group fitness and personal training.
Lisa is passionate about health and believes strongly in the balance between exercise and nutrition in achieving her patients’ goals. Lisa has also worked in the low FODMAP space for two years and has a particular interest in the gut-brain connection and how the gut impacts overall health and well-being.
Her areas of interest include malnutrition, diabetes, cardiovascular health, weight loss, food intolerances, IBS, enteral nutrition, and oncology. She has a particular interest in the low FODMAP diet and how the gut microbiome impacts health.
Lisa will work with each client to come up with individualised nutritional strategies that are realistic and achievable, to meet their goals and empower lifestyle changes.

Kate Save is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Exercise Physiologist and a Diabetes Educator. She has completed a double degree in Nutrition/Dietetics and Exercise Science, an Advanced Diploma in Diabetes Education, Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Masters of Business Administration (she loves learning and keeping up to date with the most recent evidence-based science).
